Terms
1. The company reserve the right to alter the itinerary according to the weather and/or other circumstances dictate either before or during the charter.
2. All passengers on board the vessel shall be under the control of and subject to the discipline of the Master of the vessel.
(i) Any passenger that suffers from a back complaint, is pregnant or any ailment that may be aggravated by fast boat trips travel entirely at their own risk.
3. In the event of cancellation of firm booking by the Charterer the following refunds will be made:
(i) If cancellation is made more than 7 days before date of charter – refund of total amount less deposit.
(ii) If cancellation is made within 7 days of charter date but not less than 60 hours before departure time – refund of one half the total amount less deposit.
(iii) If the cancellation is made within 60 hours before departure time of departure – no refund allowed.
(ii) If cancellation is made within 7 days of charter date but not less than 60 hours before departure time – refund of one half the total amount less deposit.
(iii) If the cancellation is made within 60 hours before departure time of departure – no refund allowed.
4. The company reserve the right to cancel the charter at any time before departure on account of weather or for any other cause out with the reasonable control of the Company. If the charter is so cancelled by the Company the Company will repay to the Charterer the total cost paid including deposit and on such repayment the Company shall not be liable to the Charterer further.
5. The duration of charter shall include 10 minutes for effective disembarkation of all Charterer’s passengers. Each additional hour or part of an hour beyond the duration of the charter shall be paid for as complete hours at the hourly rate applicable to the charter and on conclusion of the charter.
6. The company do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any goods or belongings of the Charterer and on conclusion of the charter.
7. If at the request of the Charterer and transport is arranged by the Company for the Charterer the Charterer will free and relieve the Company from all charges and costs in respect thereof.
8. A Provisional booking may be cancelled by the Charterer or by the Company at any time.
9. The Charterer will compensate to the Company for any loss or damage to the vessel/and/or it’s equipment by the Charterer or any member of the party of the Charterer.
10. The Charterer is responsible for ensuring that (unless with the prior written authority of the Company) no passenger shall carry liquor or soft drinks on board any of the Company’s vessels. Infringement will negate the Charter with a refund based on 3(ii) above.
11. All recovery and towage will be undertaken under the UNITED KINGDOM STANDARD TOWAGE CONDITIONS.
